Terms of Service
Room 701 (Unit 127), 7/F, Tower B, New Mandarin Plaza, 14 Science Museum Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Hong KongThis document governs the use of hkrongxinda.com, the mobile management applications we publish on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store, and the business services we provide.
3.1 Acceptance of These Terms
These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and HK FURENTA CO., LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong, and govern your use of this website, hkrongxinda.com, our mobile management applications published on the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store, and the business services we provide. By using the website, by creating an account in one of our applications, or by instructing us to perform services for you, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the services. If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organisation, and "you" includes that organisation. These Terms were last updated on 4 November 2026 and are version 1.0.
3.2 Eligibility and Age Requirements
The services are provided to businesses and to individuals acting in a professional capacity. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Our applications are not directed at children and must not be used by anyone below that age. Where you instruct us to act on behalf of a company, you confirm that the company exists, that you are authorised to instruct us, and that the instruction is within the scope of what you have been authorised to do.
3.3 Description of the Services
We provide corporate and trade-related services, which may include commercial information consulting, corporate management consulting, project investment planning, supply chain services, the import and export of goods, wholesale and retail distribution of electronics, building materials and daily commodities, commercial agency, exhibition planning, and technical consulting. We also publish mobile management applications that support the delivery and oversight of those services.
Services are supplied under a written engagement letter, statement of work, order form or agreed written scope, which sets out the deliverables, the charges and the assumptions on which the work is based. Where these Terms and a specific engagement document conflict, the engagement document prevails for that engagement. We may decline an instruction, and we may decline to continue an instruction, where we consider that we cannot perform the work properly, where the instruction would require us to act contrary to applicable law, or where we have a conflict of interest that we cannot resolve.
3.4 Account Registration and Security
Some functionality requires an account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it accurate, and you must keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you believe they have been compromised. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by any device on which you have signed in. We may suspend an account where we reasonably believe it has been compromised, where it is being used to infringe the rights of others, or where it is used to breach these Terms. You can request deletion of your account and your associated personal data as described in section 2.16 of our Privacy Policy, and we will act on that request within 30 days.
3.5 Subscriptions, Paid Features, and Refunds
Where an application offers a paid tier, the subscription is billed through the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, and the store's terms govern the payment, renewal, cancellation and refund process. The subscription renews automatically at the interval shown at the point of purchase until cancelled, and you can cancel through your store account. Prices are exclusive of any taxes that may apply, and where we are required to collect such taxes we will do so through the store.
Services delivered under an engagement are charged as set out in the engagement document, which will state whether the work is charged as a fixed fee, on a time-and-materials basis, as a retainer, or as a managed service. Except where the engagement document states otherwise, invoices are payable within 30 days of the date of invoice. We may suspend work on an engagement where an undisputed invoice remains unpaid more than 30 days after its due date, after giving you written notice and a reasonable opportunity to pay.
Where a paid service is materially not delivered as described, tell us in writing within 30 days of discovering the problem. Where we agree that the service was materially not delivered, we will either re-perform the affected part of the work at no additional charge, or refund the portion of the fees that relate to it. This is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory right you may have.
3.6 Acceptable Use
You may not use the services, the website, or the applications in a way that breaks the law, infringes the rights of anyone else, or interferes with the operation of the services for other users. In particular you may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data, probe or test the vulnerability of our systems without our written permission, circumvent or disable any security or advertising control, scrape the website at a rate that degrades it for others, reverse engineer an application except to the extent that restriction is prohibited by law, remove or obscure proprietary notices, or use the services to distribute malware, unsolicited advertising, or content that is unlawful or infringing.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit to us, for the lawfulness of the goods and documents you ask us to handle, and for obtaining any licences, permits or authorisations your instructions require. We may decline to handle any shipment, document or transaction where we reasonably believe it is unlawful, that it infringes a third party's rights, or that it would expose us to a sanction or regulatory risk.
3.7 Intellectual Property
The website, its content and design, the applications, their software, and all intellectual property rights in them, are owned by HK FURENTA CO., LIMITED or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the applications and the website for your internal business purposes for the period you are entitled to do so. We retain all rights not expressly granted, and we may modify, suspend or withdraw any part of the services. We may use the general categories of aggregated and anonymised operational data to operate and improve the services, provided that it does not identify you, your business, or any transaction you asked us to handle.
3.8 Third-Party Services, SDKs, and Advertising
Our applications may integrate third-party software development kits, including advertising SDKs. These partners act under their own privacy policies, which are listed in section 2.7 of our Privacy Policy and which we do not control. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content of advertisements or of any third-party content displayed in the applications, and we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party services. Advertising supports the free tier of our applications; you can disable each advertising format and withdraw consent through the advertising options inside the applications, and doing so does not reduce the functionality of a paid tier.
3.9 User Content
You retain all rights in the content you submit to us or upload to the applications. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, transmit, display and process that content for the purpose of providing the services to you, performing the instructions you have given us, and maintaining the record of our engagement. That licence ends when you delete the content or close your account, subject to the retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that submitting it does not infringe anyone else's rights, and you agree that we may review content where we reasonably suspect that it is unlawful or that it infringes the rights of others.
3.10 Feedback and Submissions
If you send us suggestions, ideas, corrections or other feedback about the services, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that feedback without restriction or obligation, and without any requirement to pay you for it. This does not transfer to us any intellectual property you own in your existing products, and it does not affect the confidentiality of any information you send us as part of an engagement.
3.11 Privacy and Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. It describes the personal data we collect, our lawful bases for processing it, the advertising partners that operate in our applications, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it, including the right to request deletion. If the Privacy Policy conflicts with these Terms on the handling of personal data, the Privacy Policy prevails. Processing of personal data under a signed data processing agreement with a client is governed by that agreement.
3.12 App Store and Google Play Specific Terms
If you obtained an application through the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store, then the terms of that store's licence agreement apply in addition to these Terms, and where there is a conflict between the store's terms and these Terms, the store's terms prevail in relation to that application. Your use of an application must comply with the applicable store terms, including the rules on account creation, content, and in-app purchases. Where you subscribe through a store, the store handles payment, and we do not receive your full payment details. Applications distributed through a store may be updated, and features may be added, changed or removed in a later version; we will not materially reduce the functionality of a paid tier during the subscription period without giving you a refund option.
3.13 Disclaimer of Warranties
The website, the applications and the free tiers of the services are provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, that any information obtained through the applications will be accurate or complete, or that the applications will be available in every territory. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
3.14 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or damage to goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the free website, the applications, or any free-tier feature. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, is limited to the total fees paid to us by you under the applicable engagement in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or to USD 1,000 where no such fees have been paid.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights or the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
3.15 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HK FURENTA CO., LIMITED, its officers, employees and agents, against any claim, demand, loss, expense or liability, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or connected with: your breach of these Terms; your use of the services or the applications in a manner that infringes the rights of a third party; your submission of content or instructions that are unlawful or that infringe third-party rights; your breach of applicable law, including sanctions and export control; or your unauthorised representation of us to a third party. This obligation does not apply to the extent that the claim arises from our own negligence, our breach of these Terms, or our violation of applicable law.
3.16 Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the website at any time, and you may close an application account at any time by following the deletion process described in section 2.16 of our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate an application account or an engagement immediately where required by law or by a store policy, where you breach these Terms materially, where the engagement has been inactive for 12 consecutive months, or where we are unable to continue to provide the service for operational reasons. Where the circumstances allow, we will give you written notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach.
On termination, your right to use the applications and the website ends, and we will provide you with the information, documents or exports you are entitled to receive under the applicable engagement document, within a reasonable period and in a commonly used format. Clauses that by their nature are intended to survive termination — including the clauses on intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and dispute resolution — survive.
3.17 Export Control, Sanctions, and Anti-Corruption
We comply with applicable export control, economic sanctions and anti-corruption laws. We do not undertake any transaction that would require a licence we do not hold, or that would involve a sanctioned person, entity, territory or vessel, and we may refuse or terminate any instruction that would require it. Neither party shall offer, promise or give anything of value to a public official or to anyone connected with the award of business in breach of applicable anti-corruption law, and each party warrants that it complies with the anti-corruption laws applicable to its own operations.
3.18 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, whether contractual or non-contractual, are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong for any dispute that is not resolved through the process in section 3.19. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer protection or any right to bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence that cannot be waived by law. If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you retain the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there.
3.19 Dispute Resolution and Escalation
Before commencing proceedings, you and we will each nominate a senior representative to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith for a period of 30 days. Most disputes we receive are about scope, timing or documentation, and they are usually resolved at that level quickly and without cost. If the dispute is not resolved, either party may proceed to the forum described in section 3.18. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief, or from contacting a regulator or a supervisory authority.
3.20 Modifications to the Services and These Terms
We may modify the services, including by adding, changing or removing features, and we may update these Terms. Where a change is material and reduces a right you hold, we will give you reasonable notice before it takes effect, by email to the address on your account or by a notice in the application, and we will apply the change only from the date of that notice. Where a change is required by law or by a store policy, we will implement it by the date it takes effect. We may also modify these Terms to reflect a change in the advertising partners described in our Privacy Policy, because that list changes as our applications change. If you do not accept a material change, you may close your account and request deletion of your data, and we will stop the processing that the change concerns.
3.21 Language
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, the website, and the content of the applications are provided in English. This is deliberate: our clients operate across Europe and the Americas, and a single working language removes a source of misunderstanding from cross-border documentation. Where a translated version is provided for convenience, the English version prevails.
3.22 Severability, Waiver, and Assignment
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision is modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or is severed if it cannot be modified, and the remaining provisions continue in full force. No failure or delay in exercising a right operates as a waiver of it, and no single or partial exercise prevents any further exercise of that right. We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, to a successor of our business or to a purchaser of the relevant part of it, provided that the assignee is not materially worse placed in respect of your rights. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.
3.23 Notices
Notices to us must be in writing and sent to our registered office at Room 701 (Unit 127), 7/F, Tower B, New Mandarin Plaza, 14 Science Museum Road, Tsim Sha Tsui East, Hong Kong, or by email to support@hkrongxinda.com. Notices to you are sent to the email address registered on your account or to the address you have provided for the engagement. A notice is deemed received on the next business day if sent by email during business hours in Hong Kong, and on the second business day after posting if sent by post to Hong Kong.
