Business Services
Nine service lines. One accountable partner.
Consulting, planning, trade, supply chain, agency, exhibitions and technical work — delivered from Hong Kong, and supported by mobile management apps that carry the day-to-day.
The scope below is the full service range of HK FURENTA CO., LIMITED. Each line stands on its own; they are designed to be combined. What connects them is a single team that stays accountable from the first advisory question through to the shipment landing, the booth being struck, or the specification being signed off. Where a mobile management module exists for a service line, it is listed with that line and available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.
01 — Advisory
Commercial information consulting and corporate management consulting
Every commercial decision is made against incomplete information, and the difference between a good one and a bad one is rarely the size of the data set. It is whether someone was paid to read it properly.
Our commercial information consulting work covers market structure, competitor movement, pricing signals, channel structure and the regulatory picture that applies to your specific transaction — delivered as a written brief your board or buyer can act on. Corporate management consulting sits one level up: organisation design, decision rights, operating rhythm and the process changes that make a plan survive contact with daily operations. The two are frequently engaged together, because the market picture usually changes what the organisation needs to do about it.
02 — Capital
Project investment planning
Capital commitments are hard to reverse and easy to delay, and delay is usually the expensive option. We build the plan before the money moves.
Feasibility against the actual market and regulatory conditions, a staged structure that lets you stop at defined checkpoints rather than all at once, and the operating assumptions written down so that everyone arguing about the same project is arguing about the same numbers. Where a project depends on supply inputs, we model the supply plan as part of the investment case rather than as a separate problem discovered later. Clients get a plan they can take to an investment committee, with the assumptions exposed rather than buried in the model.
03 — Operations
Supply chain services
Supply chain work fails in the handoffs, and handoffs are where most of the time goes.
We take on supplier identification and qualification, order and inventory planning, production and shipment scheduling, documentation coordination, and the exception handling that decides whether a delay becomes a crisis. Our role is to own the chain between agreed checkpoints and to escalate early with a recommendation rather than late with an explanation. Where a mobile management module is available for your engagement, supply chain status, checkpoints and pending actions are visible from the app, so your team and ours are reading the same record instead of exchanging screenshots.
04 — Trade
Goods import, export, and wholesale & retail
Moving goods means moving documents that nobody has read recently. We handle import and export transactions end to end — counterparties, shipping terms, customs routing, documentation, and the follow-up that keeps a shipment from stalling at a border.
Our wholesale and retail operation covers electronics, building materials and daily commodities, both for principals who need a distribution arrangement and for buyers who need supply sourced and delivered. We work with the carrier, the inspector and the customs broker directly, which means fewer parties to chase and fewer surprises arriving in your inbox. Pricing is quoted per lane and per category, with the assumptions written down so the comparison is honest.
05 — Market access
Commercial agency, exhibition planning, and technical consulting
Three lines that often arrive together when a business enters a new market.
Our commercial agency work covers representing principals, appointing and managing agents, and keeping those relationships worth keeping — including the reporting that tells you whether an agent is earning their place. Exhibition planning covers the unglamorous half of the work: stand design and fabrication, freight and customs for display material, staffing, and on-site delivery, so the booth is standing before the doors open and gone by the time the hall clears. Technical consulting covers specification review, compliance and standards checking, and technical due diligence for acquisitions and product launches — the part where a document signed by the wrong engineer becomes expensive later.

The apps behind the services
Nine service lines, and a mobile management module for each one that benefits from being used on the move. Our applications are published on Google Play and the Apple App Store and cover commercial information consulting, corporate management consulting, project investment planning, supply chain services, goods import and export trade, wholesale and retail of electronics, building materials and daily commodities, commercial agency, exhibition planning, and technical consulting services.
In practice that means your project plan, your order status and your supply chain checkpoints live on the same screen as the person doing the work — on a loading dock, in a warehouse aisle, or between meetings. Free tiers are funded by advertising. We would rather explain that plainly than hide it: which advertising partners operate in our apps, which ad formats you may encounter, and exactly how to turn them off are all set out in our Privacy Policy, and the controls live in the app under Settings.
Free tier available. Advertising-funded, and optional. The store listings are being finalised — email support@hkrongxinda.com and we will send you the store links for your region.

Engagement
Three ways to work together
Not every problem needs a retainer, and not every problem can be run on one. The model below is chosen by the shape of the work, not by the size of the invoice.
| Model | Best for | How it works |
|---|---|---|
| Advisory | A decision you need to make once, well | Fixed scope, fixed fee. A written recommendation, a working session to review it, and a defined handover point. |
| Retainer | An ongoing function you want covered | A monthly scope with agreed deliverables and a named person accountable for it. Reviewed quarterly against what actually happened. |
| Managed | Execution you want to hand over | We run the operational work — suppliers, shipments, documentation, agent management — reporting on defined checkpoints, with your team holding the decisions. |
Next step
Start with the problem, not the service line.
Tell us the situation you are in and we will point you at the smallest engagement that will actually move it. You will get a scope and a cost proposal, and a straight answer if we think you do not need us.
Questions
Before you ask us for a proposal
Yes, and most clients start that way. The service lines are designed to work independently. We will tell you if the problem you describe is better solved by adding a second line, but we will not bundle anything you did not ask for.
Supply chain services are about the plan and the continuity — suppliers, orders, inventory, scheduling and exceptions across the whole network. Import and export is about the physical movement of goods and the paperwork that authorises it: shipping terms, customs routing, documents and delivery. Many engagements use both, because the plan sets the targets and the import and export work is what actually delivers against them.
A basic tier of each app is free and supported by advertising. Paid tiers, where they exist, are described in the app itself and in our Terms of Service. The advertising partners, the ad formats and the controls to disable them are listed in our Privacy Policy.
We are strongest on European and American buyers working with Asian supply, and on Asian suppliers working into Europe and North America. If your requirement sits outside that pattern, ask — we will tell you whether we have the local counterpart network or whether we need to bring one in.
The diagnostic step is deliberately short. Once we have a description of the situation and the documents involved, we can usually confirm a start date for the first phase within a few working days. Urgent shipment and documentation work is handled as an exception, on the same terms.
