Release notes for a mobile management application

Company News

What we shipped, what we signed, what we learned.

Updates from HK FURENTA CO., LIMITED across trade, supply chain, exhibitions, our digital apps, and the company itself.

A running record of our work and our product releases. We publish operational and product news rather than announcements, and we would rather show the unglamorous middle of the business — the lanes, the documents and the releases — than a list of adjectives.

The record

Every entry, unabridged

Ten entries covering trade, supply chain, exhibitions, our digital apps and the company itself. Each carries its full date, category and summary — nothing is truncated behind a read-more link.

Supply chain checkpoint reporting moves into the mobile management apps

Supply chain status, pending actions and checkpoint outcomes are now visible directly inside our mobile management apps on Google Play and the Apple App Store. The change removes a round of screenshot exchanges between clients and our operations team and gives both sides the same record.

Exhibition planning service expands stand fabrication and on-site staffing coordination

Our exhibition planning service now covers the full pre-show sequence — stand design and build, freight and customs for display material, staffing rosters, and on-site delivery — as a single engagement rather than separate vendor arrangements. The aim is that the booth is standing before the doors open and struck before the hall clears.

Exhibitions

Offline access and multilingual reporting added to the project planning module

The project investment planning module now supports offline access to plans and checkpoints, and exports progress reporting in additional formats for clients whose teams work in different languages. A visible resync indicator shows when figures were last refreshed against our records.

A note on how we handle client conflicts

We check for conflicts of interest before accepting any engagement, including cases where the same sector, supplier or buyer appears on both sides. Where we cannot serve both parties on the same matter, we decline the second engagement and say so plainly rather than manage a conflict quietly.

Commercial agency service adds structured performance reporting for principals

Principals using our commercial agency service now receive a standard reporting pack each period covering volume, coverage, and agent responsiveness against the agreed scope. The point is simple: agency relationships should be reviewable on evidence rather than on impression.

Trade

Daily commodities distribution expands replenishment planning scope

Our daily commodities distribution work now includes replenishment planning alongside sourcing and delivery, allowing stock coverage to be reviewed against demand rather than against a fixed order cycle. It is a small change that removes a predictable class of stock-out.

Trade show freight documentation checklist published for clients

We have published a practical checklist covering the documentation typically required when moving display material across borders for a trade show, including the items most often missing at customs. It is part of our general guidance and does not replace advice on a specific shipment.

Advertising controls added to app settings, consistent with our published Privacy Policy

Every mobile management app now includes an advertising options section under Settings where you can limit ad tracking, and the full list of advertising partners and ad formats is published in our Privacy Policy. Advertising supports the free tier of the apps; turning it off does not remove functionality.

Our engagement model: written first, one named owner, and a documented handover

A short note on how we run client work: decisions are recorded in writing, every workstream has one accountable owner, and every engagement closes with a handover summary listing what remains open. Nothing here is unusual in principle. Most of our clients tell us it is unusual in practice.
